At Table Tennis Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your equipment; if you are not, you can return most unused items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Verify Eligibility

Ensure items are in original packaging and condition; please note that custom-assembled paddles with glued rubbers are not eligible for return.

Request Authorization

Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack your gear to prevent damage during transit and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians verify the condition of the equipment, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
